Preparation GuideOven: Pre-heat oven to 180°C / 350°F / gas mark 4, remove sleeve, place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 50-55 minutes.
750W Microwave: Pierce film lid, cook on full power for 4 minutes, peel back film lid, stir and cook on full power for a further 1 minute.
