Chicken breast pieces in a Lebanese style sauce enriched with apricots, flaked almonds, pine nuts and aromatic spices. Served with plain couscous.
Preparation GuideOven: Pre-heat oven to 190°C / 375°F / gas mark 5, pierce film lid, place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 35-40 minutes.
750W Microwave: Pierce film lid, cook on full power for 4 minutes, peel back film lid, stir and cook on full power for a further 4 minutes. Leave to stand for 2 minutes.
Always ensure food is piping hot before serving.
Apricot chicken (60%): chicken (16%), water onions, apricots (3%), tomato puree, sugar, vegetable oil, almonds, chicken stockbase, salt, spices, pine nuts, coriander, modified maize starch, garlic puree.
