Succulent chicken breast fillets filled with forest mushrooms and covered in a crispy breadcrumb coating, easy to cook and delicious to eat.
Preparation GuideOven: Pre-heat oven to 200°C / 400°F / gas mark 6, remove all packaging, place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Shallow Fry: heat a little oil and fry on a moderate heat for 15-20 minutes turning occasionally.
Deep-Fry: Pre-heat fryer to 170°C / 325°F and cook for 8-12 mins.
Always ensure food is piping hot before serving.
