Preparation GuideDefrost: remove all packaging and defrost at room temperature for 3 hours or in a refrigerator overnight.
IngredientsChantilly profiteroles: Dairy cream, egg, water, skimmed milk powder, vegetable oil, palm oil, wheat flour, sugar, emulsifier mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; maize starch, skimmed milk, whole milk powder, salt, stabiliser carrageenan; colour beta carotene; vanilla aroma.
Raspberry delice: Whipping cream, sugar, dried glucose, raspberry puree, acidifier citric acid; colouring, raspberries, potassium sorbate, flavouring, salt, gelatine, antioxidant ascorbic acid, wheat flour, egg whites, egg yolk, modified starches (acetylated distarch phosphate, diphosphates, sodium carbonates), gelifant sodium alginate; stabiliser ethyl methyl celluose.
Chocolate orange truffle: Double cream, chocolate 55%, wheat flour, sugar, egg whites, egg yolks, dextrose, cocoa 19%, cocoa powder 100%, stabiliser glycerol; invert sugar sorbitol, emulsifiers (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyglycerol polyrinoleate), palm oil, cozla oil, caramel, potassium sorbate, acidifier citric acid; glucose, orange flavour concentrate, stabilisers xanthan gum; potassium sorbate.
Maltese gateau: Double cream, chocolate 55%, wheat flour, sugar, egg whites, egg yolks, dextrose, cocoa 1.9%, 100% cocoa powder, stabliser glycerol; invert sugar, sorbitol, emulsifiers (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids), palm oil, colza oil, caramel, potassium sorbate, acidifier citric acid; glucose, skimmed milk powder, barley malt extract, cocoa mass, vegetable fat, fructose, demineralised whey powder, milk fat, milk solids 14%.
Black cherry cheesecake: Double cream 30%, full fat cream cheese, wheat flour, vegetable oil, sugar, wholemeal, partially inverted sugar syrup, demerara sugar, oat bran, pea fibre, salt, dried whey, dried malt extract, tartaric acid, disodium diphosphate, bicarbonate sodium, flour raising agent, curd cheese powder corresonding to 200%, curd cheese, dried glucose syrup, modified starch, gelatine, citric acid, black cherry fruit 70%, potassium sorbate.
