Formed from cod fillet in a crispy ovenable batter. The very essence of cod and chips.
Preparation GuideOven: Pre-heat oven to 230°C / 450°F / gas mark 8, remove all packaging, place on a baking tray and cook in the top of the oven for 22-25 minutes.
Shallow Fry: heat a little oil and fry on a moderate heat for 12-15 minutes turning occasionally.
Always ensure food is piping hot before serving.
Cod fillets (60%), batter (wheat flour, salt, palm fat, maize flour, raising agents (sodium diphosphate, sodium carbonate), wheat starch, dextrose, yeast), rapeseed oil.
