Firm pieces of tender chicken breast coated in lightly seasoned golden breadcrumbs.
Preparation GuideOven: Pre-heat oven to 220°C / 425°F / gas mark 7, remove all packaging, place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 18-20 minutes.
Shallow Fry: heat a little oil and fry on a moderate heat for 10 minutes turning frequently.
Deep-Fry: Pre-heat fryer to 180°C / 350°F and cook for 4-5 mins.
Always ensure food is piping hot before serving.
