The traditional British accompaniment to roasts and other meat dishes, crispy, home-style roast potatoes ready to pop into the oven.
Preparation GuideOven: Pre-heat oven to 200°C / 400°F / gas mark 6, remove all packaging, place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 30-35 minutes.
Deep-Fry: Pre-heat fryer to 180°C / 325°F and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Always ensure food is piping hot before serving.
