A popular combination of cauliflower florets in savoury mature Cheddar sauce. Cauliflower cheese can be enjoyed as a snack or as an accompaniment.

Preparation Guide

Oven: Pre-heat oven to 180°C / 350°F / gas mark 4, remove sleeve and film lid, place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 50-55 minutes.
750W Microwave: pierce film lid, cook on full power for 3 minutes, peel back film lid, stir and cook on full power for a further 3 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
Always ensure food is piping hot before serving.

Ingredients

Cauliflower florets (48%), extra mature Cheddar cheese (25%), whole milk, butter, thickener modified maize starch; wheat flour, vegetable bouillon (sea salt, potato starch, yeast extract, palm oil, celery, onion, maltodextrin, sugar, spices, parsley), mustard powder.
