The ever-popular Black Forest recipe presented in a log. Dark chocolate sponge with cream and a cherry preserve refined with Kirsch. Superbly finished with cream swirls, cherries and chocolate rasps.

Preparation Guide

Defrost: remove all packaging and defrost at room temperature for 4-5 hours or in a refrigerator overnight.
