Tender beef Bolognaise between 3 layers of pasta, finished with a béchamel sauce and grated cheddar cheese.
Preparation GuideOven: Pre-heat oven to 180°C / 350°F / gas mark 4, remove cardboard sleeve and film lid, place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 50-55 minutes.
Always ensure food is piping hot before serving.
Beef bolognaise (61%): tomatoes, minced beef (16%), onions, water, tomato puree, modified maize starch, beef bouillon (salt, flavouring, maltodextrin, yeast extract, sugar, onion powder, herb extract, dried beef powder, vegetable oil), garlic puree, salt, rapeseed oil, sugar, mixed herbs, white pepper.
Béchamel sauce (29%): reconstituted skimmed milk with non milk fat (water skimmed milk solids, vegetable fat, whey powder, glucose syrup, sugar, sodium caseinate, acidity regulator potassium phosphate; vitamins A, C & D), mature Cheddar cheese, red Leicester cheese (contains colour annatto), modified maize starch, salt.
Pasta (9%): duram wheat semolina, whole egg powder.
