Preparation GuideMicrowave(750w): remove sleeve; pierce film lid in several places and place on a microwaveable plate; heat on full power for 10 minutes; peel back film lid and stir well before re-covering; leave to stand 2 minutes and serve.
Oven: remove sleeve; pierce film lid in several places and place on a baking tray; heat in a preheated oven at 190°C/ 375°F/ gas mark 5 for 48 minutes; remove film lid and stir & serve.
