Preparation GuideOven: Pre-heat oven to 200°C / 400°F / gas mark 6, remove all packaging, place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 40 minutes.
750W Microwave: remove lid, cook on full power for 12 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
