A tasty family sized portion of our chicken korma - marinated chicken breast pieces in a mildly spiced sauce with coconut and cashews.
Preparation GuideOven: Pre-heat oven to 190°C / 375°F / gas mark 5, remove sleeve, pierce film lid, place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 60 minutes.
750W Microwave: pierce film lid, cook on full power for 10 minutes, peel back film lid, stir and cook on full power for a further 10 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
Always ensure food is piping hot before serving.
