Two superb thin & crispy pizza bases topped with chorizo, Mozzarella, Cheddar cheese and diced peppers.
Preparation GuideOven: Pre-heat oven to 200°C / 400°F / gas mark 6, place on a pizza tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 15 mins.
Always ensure food is piping hot before serving.
Base: wheat flour, water, yeast, salt, vegetable oil, citric acid, sugar, antioxidant ascorbic acid. Pizza sauce: tomatoes, salt, cheese (18%) Mozzerella, Cheddar (milk, starter rennet).
Chorizo (4%): beef, spices, flavour, antioxidant sodoium ascorbate; presevatives sodium nitrite; colour lactic acid.
